MENTORING AND MOTIVATION COACHING Has your child/teen lost motivation and/or is feeling overwhelmed? Do you need help to support your child's mental health?
St George's Tutors offers individual support and mindset coaching for young people with a specialist coach. Support is available through punctual or regular sessions or you can apply to our One Year Support Course which runs for the duration of the academic year. The One Year Support Course focuses on restoring mental strength and resilience while providing guidance and strategies to deal with challenges through monthly coaching sessions, mental well-being activity planning and an open-line with the mentor for on-going support. 1h online mentoring session to discuss your goals, aspirations, your skills and guide you towards the next steps of your academic or professional choices with a fully trained and accredited coach.

SCHOOL WORKSHOPS We intervene on a diverse range of topics dealing with issues identified by education professionals with a focus on resilience, motivation and mental strength. Our approach is inclusive, interactive, and suited to the age of our audience when working with pupils across all Key Stages. Our Workshop trainer is a passionate and inspiring motivational coach, teacher and mental health professional, who will offer insight and mindset strategies to the audience.
